Synopsis

Osiris (2025) is a science fiction action-horror film that has recently become a surprise hit on streaming. Directed by William Kaufman, the film is often described as a gritty, B-movie blend of Aliens and Predator.

The story follows a team of elite Special Forces commandos who are mysteriously abducted by an alien spacecraft in the middle of a high-stakes combat mission. They awaken on a massive, decaying vessel with no memory of how they got there.

As they navigate the claustrophobic corridors of the ship, they discover they are being hunted by a relentless alien race that treats humans as “livestock” or “souvenirs.” Along the way, they encounter Anya (Linda Hamilton), a battle-hardened survivor who has been living in the ship’s shadows for decades. Together, they must launch a desperate counter-offensive to destroy the ship before the aliens can call for reinforcements to consume the rest of humanity.

The film features a “twist” ending involving the ship’s actual location-revealing it is grounded in the ruins of a post-apocalyptic Paris.
