Synopsis

The legendary Shaji Pappan and his eccentric gang return in this grand third installment, which takes the franchise into the unexpected territory of epic fantasy and time travel. The story is set across three distinct timelines: a dystopian future in the year 2370, colonial-era Kerala, and the chaotic present day. The plot is set in motion when the government decides to demolish the historic Nagathan Bridge—a move secretly orchestrated by the villainous Saathan Xavier. As always, where Xavier goes, “Dude” and his bumbling criminal crew are never far behind, and Shaji Pappan’s gang inadvertently finds themselves at the center of the madness.

By opening a “Pandora’s box” of reincarnations and merging timelines, the group faces a comic chaos of epic proportions. Many of the beloved characters appear in double roles, playing both their present-day selves and their ancestors or future counterparts. For instance, Shaji Pappan appears as both the present-day leader and a historical figure, Maharaja Padmanabhan Thampuran. The narrative explores how the fate of a simple bridge connects these vastly different eras, forcing Pappan to rely on his signature “badass” logic and unreliable alliances to save the day.
