Synopsis

The series introduces a 19-year-old Sherlock Holmes (Hero Fiennes Tiffin) as a raw, unfiltered, and youthfully defiant student at Oxford University. Far from the polished master detective of Baker Street, this version of Sherlock is anarchic and lacks discipline. When he finds himself framed for a murder that threatens his very liberty, he is forced to use his unrefined deductive skills to clear his name.

His first-ever case quickly unravels into a massive, globe-trotting conspiracy that takes him from the cloistered halls of Victorian England to dangerous adventures abroad. Along the way, he crosses paths with a charismatic young James Moriarty (Dónal Finn), sparking a rivalry that will eventually define his life. The investigation acts as a crucible, forcing the impulsive adolescent to evolve into the legendary detective the world knows him to be.
