Ingredients For Recipe

Sabja Seeds – 1 Tsp
Almonds – 15 Nos
Sugar – 2 Tsp
Milk
Full Cream Milk – 1 Litre
Cooked Sabudana

Method

1. Soak the basil seeds in water for 10 mins.
2. Peel the skin off the soaked almonds and keep them aside.
3. Add soaked almonds. sugar and milk to a mixer jar.
4. Grind it all into a smooth paste and keep it aside.
5. Take milk in a wide saucepan and add almond paste to it.
6. After 2-3 mins, add in the rose syrup and cook until it comes to a boil/
7. Add in boiled sabudana, mix and boil for a while.
8. Turn off the stove and completely cool down the rose milk.
9. Now add in soaked basil seeds and mix.
10. Rose sharbat is ready to be served.
11. Pour the Rose Sharbat into a tall glass, garnish it with chopped pistachios. almonds and rose petals.
