Synopsis

The story is a high-tension drama that unfolds within the span of a single, chaotic day at the Good Shepherd Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. The peace of the facility is shattered when a “Code Pink” is announced—a three-day-old newborn baby girl has been abducted from the maternity ward. The incident sparks immediate panic, drawing in a massive police presence, desperate parents, and a media frenzy. Sanal Mathew (Nivin Pauly), a hospital attendant who arrives late for his shift, inadvertently finds himself at the center of the storm after reporting a suspicious figure he saw near the elevator.

As the police, led by the diligent SI Rakesh Narayanan (Abhimanyu Shammy Thilakan), struggle with limited resources due to a simultaneous high-profile political event, the investigation begins to point toward Sanal himself. His secretive behavior and inconsistent statements turn him from a witness into a prime suspect. To clear his name, Sanal is forced into a desperate, self-led search for the infant, navigating a city-wide “goose chase” while avoiding the very authorities who should be helping him.

The narrative runs a parallel track following siblings Ritu (Lijomol Jose) and Rishi (Sangeeth Prathap).
