Synopsis

The story follows a group of youngsters in Fort Kochi who are obsessed with the larger-than-life world of professional wrestling. Seeking an escape from their mundane lives and personal struggles, three childhood friends—Savio, Vetri, and Little—decide to revive an old dream by launching an amateur, underground wrestling promotion.

What starts as a fun, “costume gusthi” (costume wrestling) venture quickly transforms into a gritty, high-stakes tournament. The narrative explores how their obsession with WWE-style theatricality clashes with local rivalries and the harsh realities of their neighborhood. The “scrappy” wrestling ring becomes a stage for testing loyalty, brotherhood, and redemption, as the friends must navigate fierce heel turns and outside threats that put their families at risk. The film is known for its energetic wrestling choreography and a surprising, powerful cameo by Mammootty as “Bullet” Walter Lobo.
