Synopsis

The story centers on two social media creators from completely different worlds: Avani Shah, a high-profile, affluent influencer known online as “Ms. Vanity,” and Maruti Kadam, a determined rapper from Nalasopara who goes by “Aala Flowpara.” What starts as a tactical collaboration to boost their digital presence turns into a genuine, class-crossing romance. They navigate the rain-washed streets of Mumbai and the pressures of their online personas, slowly building a deep emotional connection that bridges their socio-economic gap

The narrative takes a dark and sudden turn when the couple travels to a secluded estate for a content shoot. During a series of mishaps, they find themselves trapped at the bottom of a 20-foot-deep, empty concrete swimming pool. With no ladder, no working phones, and no help in sight, the romantic getaway transforms into a desperate battle for survival. The situation escalates from a structural trap to a life-threatening nightmare when they realize they are not alone in the pool.

A bloodthirsty, escaped crocodile becomes their primary predator, lurking in the shadows of the deep basin. As the sun beats down and their physical strength wanes, Avani and Maruti must overcome their panic and work together as a single unit to outsmart the reptile. The film explores themes of trust, resilience, and the stripping away of artificial social status when faced with primal fear and the raw instinct to stay alive.

In the second half, the tension reaches its peak as they attempt multiple daring escapes, each more dangerous than the last. The “empty” pool begins to fill during a sudden downpour, adding the threat of drowning to their list of obstacles. Their struggle serves as a metaphor for their relationship—testing whether their bond is strong enough to survive the ultimate pressure or if their differences will cause them to falter. The climax is a harrowing, nail-biting confrontation that determines if they can reclaim their lives or if they will become casualties of the “love bites back” trap
