Synopsis

Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials is a witty and fast-paced murder mystery miniseries watch it Netflix on January 15, 2026. Adapted by Broadchurch creator Chris Chibnall, it brings a fresh, modern energy to one of Christie’s classic 1920s stories.

The story is set in 1925 England at a lavish country house party where a group of wealthy young friends decides to play a practical joke on a heavy sleeper. They line up eight alarm clocks in his room, timed to go off one after another. However, the joke turns into a nightmare when one of the guests is found dead the next morning, and only seven clocks are left in the room—leading to the mystery of the “Seven Dials.”

The “Ordinary” sleuth of the story is Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, a high-spirited and incredibly curious young woman who refuses to believe the death was an accident. Along with her friend Jimmy Thesiger, she begins to investigate a secret society and a series of mysterious deaths that seem to be connected to the “Seven Dials” organization.

As Bundle digs deeper, she realizes that the elite social circles she belongs to are hiding dangerous secrets. The series balances the charm of a period drama with the tension of a conspiracy thriller, as Bundle races to uncover the truth before she becomes the next victim. It is a story about a young woman finding her voice and proving that an “amateur” can outsmart even the most seasoned criminals.
