Synopsis

The series follows three lifelong friends—Saoirse, Robyn, and Dara—who have remained a tight-knit group since their school days in Northern Ireland. Now in their late 30s, their lives have taken very different paths: Saoirse is a clever but chaotic TV writer with a self-destructive streak; Robyn is a glamorous but perpetually stressed-out mother of three; and Dara is a dependable, inhibited carer. Despite their differing circumstances, the bond they formed in their youth remains as strong as ever.

Their lives are suddenly upended when they receive an unexpected email informing them of the death of Greta, the estranged fourth member of their childhood gang. The news brings the trio back together for the wake, but what was meant to be a somber occasion quickly takes a bizarre turn. A series of eerie and unexplained events at the wake suggests that Greta’s death is far more mysterious than it first appeared.
