Synopsis

PONIES 2026 Season 1 is a Cold War–era spy thriller set in 1970s Moscow, where trust is rare and danger hides behind diplomacy. The series follows two American women whose lives are suddenly turned upside down after their husbands die under mysterious circumstances while working at the U.S. embassy.

Left alone in a hostile foreign land, the women discover that their husbands were not who they appeared to be. With no clear way home and surrounded by constant surveillance, they are forced to navigate a world of secrets, deception, and political tension.

As pressure mounts, the women are pulled into the dangerous world of espionage. What begins as a fight for survival slowly transforms into a mission filled with covert operations, hidden agendas, and moral dilemmas that test their courage and loyalty.
