Synopsis

The Abandons is an American Western drama series set in the harsh and unforgiving frontier of the 1850s American West. The story takes place in a lawless territory where survival depends on strength, loyalty, and moral choices rather than written law. Against a backdrop of violence, ambition, and land disputes, the series explores how families fight to protect what they believe is rightfully theirs.

At the center of the story is Fiona Nolan, a strong-willed and deeply religious woman who has built a family by adopting orphaned children abandoned by society. She believes in unity, compassion, and protecting her family at any cost. Fiona’s leadership and values hold her household together in a world where weakness can be deadly.

Opposing her is Constance Van Ness, the powerful head of a wealthy mining family.
