Synopsis

Turn of the Tide Season 3 is the epic, emotional, and long-awaited final chapter of one of Netflix’s most celebrated Portuguese series and it arrives with more ambition, more danger, and more heart than ever before.

Season 3 features a three-year time jump following the events of the previous season. Eduardo (José Condessa) returns to Rabo de Peixe after serving time in prison, only to find his hometown transformed by aggressive economic and political interests that threaten to displace local families and destroy the traditional fishing industry.

Faced with a system that has failed them, Eduardo reunites with his three best friends to form a clandestine group known as the “Night Vigilantes.” Operating in the shadows, they launch a grassroots resistance to reclaim their community. However, as their movement gains momentum, the line between social justice and vigilante violence begins to blur. The season promises a high-stakes finale where the four friends must decide how much they are willing to sacrifice to protect the island they call home.
